Description:

Earl tries to fix his damaged relationship with his dad "Carl". A few years prior, Carl ran for mayor and was looking to win, but a video tape showing Earl confronting a police officer was leaked and Carl's chances for public office were squashed. So to remedy this, Earl submits his father's name to run for mayor again. Randy, Catalina and Earl all work to drum up voters and also to help mend Earl's relationship with his father.
